Processing of personal data to handle your request
To handle your request, KOPOS KOLÍN a.s. will process your personal data that you have entered into the contact form on our website.
If you have signed up for training / workshop, we assume that you might be interested in providing information about other similar trainings. Thus, we will also process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about other similar trainings unless you unsubscribe via the logout link contained in each e-mail message.
We may share your personal data with our staff and associates who are bound by the obligation of confidentiality and subjects that necessarily need your personal data to handle your request, such as with the supervisors (trainers) or subjects to which your complaint relates to. Webhosting service providers may also have an access to your personal data. All subjects and third parties we cooperate with ensure proper protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
We will procese your personal data for the duration of your request, but no later than three years after your request has been submitted. If you have signed up for training, we will inform you about further periodic training, unless you do not attend the next periodic training.
